SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Coverage

We ship within Panama City and throughout the country.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates will be calculated and detailed during the checkout process, before making payment.

We offer free shipping on purchases over $80 USD, in the metropolitan area.

Shipping times

Local: 2 to 3 business days.

Logistics providers

Shipments are managed by local services.

Return policy

  • For products in poor condition: Customers have 24 hours from receipt of the product to report defects.
  • For changes in size, color or preference: Returns are accepted up to 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.

CONDITIONS:

Items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent. This means: Unused, unwashed, with all labels intact and accompanied by the purchase invoice. You must send an email to atcdelyvaldes@gmail.com .

Once our team has verified that all steps have been followed correctly, the refund will be made using the same payment method, minus the cost of collecting the package. Returns from within the country must be sent by the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping costs.

NOTE: Our team will review whether the return has met all of these conditions detailed before making the return. Panamadrid, SA reserves the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met. In such case, you will be notified via email that your order is not eligible for return.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for discounted products.

HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect! Our team carefully checks each item before it is sent, passing a triple check, so this is not usual, but if it happens, we will be happy to replace the item with another one that is in perfect condition.

  1. Please send an email to atcdelyvaldes@gmail.com with photos proving the defect of the item, the invoice or purchase receipt (the order form that appears at the end of your purchase on our website is valid), the full name of the person who made the purchase and the email through which the order was placed. NOTIFICATION OF A DEFECTIVE GARMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 24 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
  2. Once we receive the email, we will contact you and send a pick-up service to your home, completely free of charge.
  3. Please remember to include a document in the package stating the buyer's full name, the date the order was received, the date of purchase, the email address you used to contact us and the defect in the item.
  4. Our team will review the goods and, if the conditions have been met, issue a replacement of the product within a period of no more than 15 working days. In the event that the item is never available again, an exchange for another item or a refund of the amount may be permitted.

NOTE: The customer who manages a return for a defective product assumes responsibility, as well as all legal consequences that may arise from bad faith conduct constituting fraud.
